Elizabeth Chapman


With bundles of energy in all things customer service and behind the scenes, she is her happiest at Reception making our beautiful CHG clients feel at ease and welcome, be it in person or on the phone.

Lizzie has originally come from a high end hospitality career, including many years within some very exclusive fine dining restaurants. She has also performed reception for an elite Cosmetic and Medical Clinic . A few highlights of being involved in hatted and awarded establishments were servicing many celebs, partaking in exquisite events and witnessing amazing beauty transformations. After recently moving to the sunny coast (which was waaaay overdue), she is now relishing in its chilled and relaxed vibe. She is thoroughly enjoying her role within this results driven and “feels like family” run company.

What do you like to do on your days off?
Hanging out with hubby, discovering the coasts beautiful beach walks, doing yoga and channeling my inner “Nigella” at home in the kitchen.

What is your biggest pet peeve?
When it rains in the CBD and everyone suddenly forgets about “Umbrella  Etiquette “ and you end up soggy, shoved against a wall and or stabbed in the eyeball.

What is your greatest fear?
The InSinkErator at our apartment… I have seen enough “Horror films” to know if your too close when you turn it on…. it never ends well.

What do you like most about your job?
Coming to work each day with an amazing crew of happy, passionate and knowledgeable humans who love helping our clients.

What is the last joke you recall?
Something way too unsavoury to mention in this bio.

Where is your favourite place to eat?
New York – anywhere there, it is all about the experience.

What is your favourite movie?
Too many to just list one, but a few are “What’s eating Gilbert Grape”, Shawshank Redemption” and “The Green Mile”

What would you likely tell your 13 year old self?
Stop worrying about what you think other people are thinking about you. Clear your mind and just BE… kind, compassionate and empathetic, worrying just gives you wrinkles..

Motto or personal mantra?
“You catch more bees with honey” and “Be the change you wish to see in the world”

 What is your least favourite food?
Nanna’s tripe…. I still to this day have nightmares of that white, gelatinous goop on my plate at the dinner table (sorry nanna).
