We rely on a number of key business indicators including turnover, number of employees, the complexity and amount of entities you have, to how often you would like us to structure our advisory meetings (i.e. monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually).

Structured Business Advisory Meetings (monthly, quarterly or bi-annually)

We will meet at a “helicopter” business level to discuss the performance of your business. No interruptions - just a structured time set aside to work on the business as opposed to in it.

During these meetings of approximately one hour, we will run through the profitability of your business, any positive or negative trends that appear and possible areas for improvement.

We also focus on benchmarking your business against similar sized businesses, set budgets and key-performance indicators, plus look at improving the efficiency of your business process through technology.

We will also review your individual and business needs using a pre-set agenda to ensure that your asset protection, estate planning and wealth creation needs are met.

Acting CFO or Non-Executive Board Member Service

Tax Returns

Our team scrutinise every possible deduction to ensure your tax is minimised each year.

Business Activity Statements

We will prepare and lodge your business activity statements along with any instalment activity statements that are required.

As part of lodgement process, we reconcile your balance sheet accounts to ensure your financial records are up-to-date so you can make timely decisions about your business.

Trust Resolutions + Dividend Statements + Company Loan (Div 7A) Requirements

We draft the required documents to ensure your business is complaint with the complex rules of running a corporate or trust structure.

Act as your Registered Office and Annual ASIC Company Review

We will act as your registered office plus prepare and lodge your annual company review along with any changes throughout the year (ASIC fees not included).

This service is extremely important as intended legal or ATO action is generally sent to the registered office of the company. If these notices are overlooked the consequences can be disastrous. Our team are ready to act immediately if any untimely issues arise.

Annual Tax Planning Review

Our team prides itself on being up-to-date with the latest strategies and tax planning opportunities so you always get the best advice.

When you have an appropriate tax strategy in place, it should ideally be actioned throughout the year. However, as an additional measure in the final quarter of the year, we will review your progress and discuss further tax planning options to help you legally save tax.
